The weather forecast a few days ago for Sunday looked very promising for photography: 14°C and lots of sun. Reality once again let us down somewhat. But even with a bit of overcast we managed to make plenty of nice snaps for the week ahead at RSPB Pulborough Brooks — this lovely Blackbird leading the way. I am thinking about making a series of photos where birds look straight at the photographer and, if I go ahead with it, this one will definitely be a top choice.
