Rotation of photos has made it to the first day of our visit to the Camargue. After Flamingos, the European Roller, and the Purple Gallinule, it is this Purple Heron’s turn. Not the best angle – the bird’s head is somewhat hidden – but this was the best combination of sharpness and a nice flight pose.
