Crisis with the SD card was averted, and we headed out to RSPB Newport Wetlands, where we had a very fruitful outing – enough photos for a whole week, even though it was only our first full day in Wales. First up is this Greenfinch, a new bird in this newsletter. It flew in and perched at the very top of a tree or bush and stayed there long enough for me to try a few different shutter speeds and ISOs.
